Meet The Designers

Ben Henwood

Ben Henwood is a Wichita native with nearly two decades in the professional flooring world, priding himself on quality suppliers, installers, and the best customer service in the Midwest. Before starting Designer’s Home Gallery, Ben worked with several other flooring companies and identified a need for improved practices. Out of this need Ben decided to start Designer’s Home Gallery with a goal of “saving the world from ugly floors.” From the first estimate to showing the customer the revealed project, Ben Henwood prides himself on setting DHG apart from other flooring companies.

Ben lives with his family in Derby. He and his rock-star wife (a third grade teacher) have been blessed with three children who keep them from ever achieving boredom. When Ben isn’t spending time with his family or saving the world from ugly floors, you might find him on the golf course or working his way out of an escape room.

Don Jacob

Don has worked 30 years in retail floor covering and has seen it all! From groovy to trendy, he has had the opportunity to work with some of Wichita’s elite builders and contractors. Working with customers and helping them understand the materials, textures, colors and designs is why he sleeps well every night.

When not helping the DHG team save the world from ugly floors, Don loves spending time with his children and grandchildren at his favorite fishing hole.
